JOURNEYING INWARD

These are transformational times for many humans, not consumed with war and survival.  Our consciousness is moving from trying to control each other’s behavior toward us, to moving our awareness inwardly.  To embrace the concept that the biology is a very limited fragile spaceship we entered to experience the very lowest frequencies of survival, of negativity, of hating, killing, abusing and torturing each other to have “MORE THAN…” be “BETTER THAN…” and “NASTIER THAN…”.

The journey inward is to consider and own our compassionate consciousness instead of dwelling obsessively with the survival of the spaceship that is finite, fragile. and very short lived.

Our compassionate consciousness is what we came from and hope to return to.  Our higher self is coming on line strongly to assist and support us with our journeying inwardly.  Presenting new exciting expanded information for us about our psyche and history we experienced and haven’t currently remembered on Gaia.  Opening your heart and compassion to new kinder ideas and thoughts about yourself.

Moving from the belief that:

“I am not enough” to “I am the right amount”.

“I am unlovable” to “I bought into other people’s lies”.

For anyone in a 3D/4D reality it has been and continues to be, a long, arduous experience filled with gains and losses, pain and suffering, ups and downs, abuse and traumas given and received.  A journey that needs deconstructing old beliefs and lies we adopted and need to release their misdirections.

Our new normal is to own and use our intuitive information and abilities that we lost when we lowered our conscious frequencies to blame, judge, hate and punish each other and ourself.  The planet is resonating high enough now for us to easily to commune and fall in sync with the higher selves of our soul conglomerate or what you call god or source, using our brain, intuition and imagination.  Your higher self is aligned with your path following quantum laws of compassion.  That spell out the structure and how only giving and receiving compassion operates.

Our curiosity and an open mind is why we seek more!  

More insight and greater depth into all the other aspects of ourself.  As you open yourself up to receive whatever your higher self wants you to receive awareness of and would be wise for you to know about, you gain a new perspective on who you are, what path you are on and what needs addressing first.

Your higher self knows what’s to come and how to move forward on your current adventure and will not overwhelm or re-traumatize you.  Over the centuries humans have been encourage and trained to remain in the lower frequencies of anger, upset and hate, because it is easier to control and manipulate those residing in unconscious toxic drama and fear.  Not trusting their intuition, imagination or higher self.

Universal or Quantum Principle of PERCEPTION: is your view and understanding from YOUR particular, personal viewpoint as being true and accurate for you.  To PERCEIVE any reality, thought, resonance or vibration you must MATCH your resonance to its resonance and intent.

What is “real and true for you” is a perceptual decision you make and CAN change continuously.  You getting in sync and resonating with your higher self will raise your frequency by helping you to STOP judging, blaming and wanting to punish others.  We are understanding, feeling and know we need to be compassionate with the self as the only way to feel good inside ourself and with others.

You know you are not making something up when you have deep sensations that resonate with your knowingness.  Feeling feelings you may have suppressed for many incarnations, may bring tears of happiness, grief or sadness or you experience other moments of intense emotion, as your conscious mind owns and surrenders to the truth of the experiences you have had and that allows more information to come into your consciousness for you to feel and explore.

Humans scan their electromagnetic environment for frequencies matching their beliefs and intents, which changes their DNA to match and resonate with their current perceptions of their reality.  There will always be a discrepancy between your perception and others.  How you react to each other depends on the frequency and intent you and others operate with. 

Conscious awareness of dark thought patterns you have had and releasing them mentally and emotionally also releases physically through the skin, a runny nose or eyes, crying or out the digestive tract, vomiting or water and diarrhea.  Since we are all wired a bit differently, each one experiences release in their own way, at their own pace and time.  Then past emotional trauma won’t trigger you into past dissociation to rerun your automatic programed emotional responses and sensations of anxiety and fear.

Quantum Principle of THOUGHT is that quantum particles organize themself to create a filmy image of any thoughts a consciousness has, with the resonance and clarity that the THINKER has or lacks.

YOUR point of perception, its intent and the resonance it carries continuously creates your perception of your reality for YOU.  Stop giving a thought your attention and it dissipates.  Each thought you have becomes a filmy individual entity or image with color, shape, smell and vibration, animated with your personal moral character, resonance and signature frequency.  

Each resonance has different event sites with particular themes or purposes with unique sensations, colors, sounds, tastes and smells.  You interact in real time with any resonance your thought patterns match, attract and entrain with. 

When you do not believe compassion exists or that you do not deserve any, you won’t feel or sense it even if you are bathed in compassion.  You might well consider it a “set up” or lie or a trick of some kind.  Not believing in it, trusting it or owning it, because of your focus on your self hate or your apathy or depression or self absorption with physical issues of your biology.  

Only when you grant YOU, your forgiveness, acceptance, consciousness and kindness can you see, experience, believe and percieve that another could feel the same way about you.  Without judgement, punishment, competition, anger or upset that there is so much compassion to exchange with each other.

Know you are strong enough to release your dark feedback loop or cycle you set in motion.  Know that the issues that are presenting themselves currently have been presented to you MANY times before and you have avoided or ignored them previously also.  By our collective mass consciousness and as an individual.
