You Change FIRST

To change the image in you mirror.  Whether you are looking in a physical mirror, trying to improve your daily life or seeking to change your reflection in your reality, external changes always begin with internal shifts.  By maintaining a mindset that every person, experience, and challenge can serve your personal growth, development and the image in your mirror.  Be curious about the cause and effect of what you are experiencing and learning now.  Of course you need to remain conscious to do that. 

Consciously notice you extracting value and strength from even the most frustrating of moments.  This takes practice, but choosing to look for the lesson, joy or opportunity in every situation ensures that all you encounters work in your favor.

Avoid allowing your outer reality, dictate your inside reality.  

Quantum law gives you more of what you are.

Quantum Law of ATTRACTION electromagnetically pulls togethermatching resonances with similar thoughts, vibrations and intentions.  What a sender sends they also receive, dwell in and project out.  What comes back to the sender clearly reflects their perceptions, intent and reality.  

It is always your job to choose create and maintain your state of being.  Our internal state, emotion, and thought’s resonance naturally draw in similar experiences and people.  Operating from a place of joy and self-love, you tend to perceive and attract more positivity into your environment.  Harboring deep-seated fears, self-doubt, or toxic intentions projects the negativity you hold outward, attracting like energy.  

We attract who you are not what we wish for.

Quantum Law of ENTRAINMENT requires two or more resonances, realities or thoughts existing in the same space MUST combine to create a SINGLE resonance.  They will lock into phase to vibrate in harmony.  That applies to all sentient beings, energy, humans, planets, universes, thoughts, perceptions and intentions.

Combining various resonances into ONE means synchronization adjusting to match one another.  It is easier and requires less energy for systems to work in cooperation than in opposition.  The stronger, more stable oscillating source typically pulls the weaker, less stable source into alignment. Our circadian rhythms (sleep-wake cycles) are entrained with our 24-hour light/dark cycle of the sun.  Walking cadences naturally align with the beat of a song or the rhythm of someone walking beside you.

Having shared values, interests, experiences and truths, leads to a stronger attraction, creating a feeling of ease, harmony, communication to maintain balance.  An  Example, on a scale of 1-10, if you are resonating at 3 and the other is at 7 you will vibrate at 5 together.  Or if one vibration or resonance is stronger it can pull the other to their level and both would be at 3 or 7 or someplace in-between.

Our universe is unconditionally supportive of what you choose.

Two or more vastly different resonances in the same space can cause a sudden imbalance in the energy field that you will notice.  A sudden large infusion of light may make you dizzy or spacey.  Disequilibrium may happen while thinking or having contact with a darker entity and an odor, feeling physically ill or vomiting.  You may become very sleepy while the biology takes time to rebalance itself, a nap can speed up the process. 

Agreement among science, medicine and metaphysics is that reestablishing the prime resonance of an organ heals it.  The resonance of the cells of your heart differs from the resonance of the cells of your lungs.  A stressed body part no longer produces the correct sound wave, prime (optimal) resonant frequency.   Slow DEEP breaths can entrain your conscious mind to your inner thoughts, intent, beliefs and their resonance.
