PRESENT Time

The present moment is the only time life happens, occurs and is malleable or easily capable of being changed.

All other time periods are memories or projections of a past or future of “what ifs” we use information from to create now.  Being present in the now moment, grounds us into our options mentally and physiologically.  By focusing on the present, you reduce stress, worry and anxiety, which would activate our sympathetic nervous system (SNS) that operates mostly below conscious awareness, automatically revving up the biology to react to danger or high-stress real or imagined.

Sympathetic nervous system (SNS) slows down non-essential functions.  The brain (particularly the hypothalamus) signals the spinal cord and adrenal glands to get ready.  Nerves release neurotransmitters (like norepinephrine), and the adrenal glands pump hormones (like epinephrine/adrenaline) directly into the bloodstream and these chemical messengers cause widespread changes to optimize a human’s survival.  Heart rate and blood pressure increase to pump more oxygen into muscles.  Pupils dilate to let in more light and improve vision.  Digestion slows or halts and inhibits urination to divert energy for survival needs.  Liver releases glucose stores as an immediate energy boost.

Fight, flight, freeze or sacrifice your consciousness to your bully predator to survive another day.

Calm and patience, allow things to unfold in the most advantageous manner for all those involved.  Patience is the capacity to consciously accept or tolerate delay or suffering until it gets better.

Quantum Law of PENETRATION says anything seen deeply and known with a great quality of attention and detail creates compassion.  REALIZATION is constructive compassionate ACTION.

Quantum Principle of CAUSE and EFFECT nothing happens outside of the quantum laws.

Being consciously focused on your thoughts and intentions, opens up your electromagnetic energy field connecting you with higher resonances that carry more information and history about you, your wound patterns, feedback loops, confusion and wisdom you aren’t putting into practice yet.  Penetration enables and facilitates one to consciously, sincerely forgive and accept the self “as is” without blame, abuse, judgement or punishment for perceived mistakes, misdirection or unkindness and is critical to building our sense of well-being and worth.  Inability to forgive and accept the self is linked to suicide attempts, eating and drugging disorders, dysfunction and other issues that stagnate your development and growth spiritually and socially.

Being completely attentive during interactions fosters active listening and deeper connections with others and the joy you share.  Removing distractions and focusing on one thing at a time enhances productivity and appreciating simple pleasures.  Creating synergistic interactions with your higher self’s stream of consciousness always helps.  Synergies attract energy, wisdom and compassion that change the energy signatures of all parties during their engagement with each other.
