Human hybridization has been an on going process as various members of the galactic community, carrying a wide range of frequencies of consciousness, have contributed their DNA, information and thoughts off and on, always.
Quantum Law of ATTRACTION electromagnetically pulls together matching resonances with similar thoughts, vibrations and intentions. What a sender sends they also receive, attract, dwell in and project out. What comes back to the sender clearly reflects their perceptions, intent, beliefs and reality.
During the Atlantean civilizations on Earth humanities consciousness was resonating with the devolving reptilians consciousness originating from Draco on up until present day. Reptilians implemented their trauma-based programming, DNA restructuring and gene-editing always experimenting on what they call their “slave population” humanity, they had done these things on other planets before settling on Earth with humans to continue working on and improving what they currently call Transhumans.

By the end of Atlantis all humans had at least 10-20% reptilian DNA from humans reproducing with reptilians or at least their physical DNA, with the help of the scientists. The Old Testament and The Torah, first five books of the Hebrew bible, said Jehovah was a vengeful god, just like the ancestral bloodline of the Illuminist’s god is, vengeful.
Quantum Law of ENTRAINMENT requires two or more resonances, realities or thoughts existing in the same space MUST combine to create a SINGLE resonance. They will lock into phase to vibrate in harmony. That applies to all sentient beings, energy, humans, planets, universes, thoughts, perceptions, beliefs and intentions.
The time of Atlantis is when Gaia and her humans entrained together in 3D-4D quarantined realities because of their toxic thoughts and intentions resonating so low, and slow it collected matter creating the physicality of third dimension.
Higher dimensional frequencies, resonances 5D-6D, 175,000 cycles per second, (175 kHz) is described as the “base frequency” needed for a civilization or individual to sustain stable connection to higher dimensions, perceive extraterrestrial realities, and initiate physical contact. Carrying 60% compassion, light is roughly the dividing line, in the invisible realm or quantum field. Consciousness carrying more than 60% light or compassion has made a conscious choice to stay responsible for themselves, compassionate, treat all as equals, seek neutral positive points of perception as much as possible in all their choices and experiences, consciously choosing to logout of force, fear and oppression.
Hybrid Children, our genetic children of the future as described by Bashar are coming to assist humanity to move past ancient cycles of fear and force to align closer with quantum laws. Open contact with some hybrid teenagers and other aliens, will continue becoming normalized and increasingly common in 2027.
Some hybrid infants have secretly been born to compassionate parents the last few decades. A group of our future teenagers from a parallel reality will be making open contact with us and live with us or in their own communities. They are at various ages and stages of their development, understanding and acceptance of the way we think, intend and act on earth. They are a bit scared of our darkness as many “star-seeds” in the past have succumbed to and joined our quarantined toxicity instead of raising our consciousness or holding their own.
The children have been in training on their various ships to understand our culture and sometimes secretly visit to study us. Hybrid visitors have been surprised at the large number of languages and how it hinder communication and meanings. Our jokes are not so funny to them, but they do enjoy a good laugh. Some fear eating all the time will make them sick. Some prefer being with trees, plants and animals because they consider them to be wise and funny.
Contact with the hybrid race of teenagers is one option the Interstellar Social Alliance is experimenting with to offer humanity an example of the next higher level of compassion. Allowing contact to become real and grounded for humanity to the degree the individual consciousness is willing to accept and incorporate.
Higher resonating humans young and old, prefer interactivity, their curiosity means they want to explore and learn how things work for themselves instead of being told, controlled or forced as we have experienced and gifted to each other.
