Elevated frequencies and spiritual ascension are internal shifts that come from your own conscious choices and inner work, not a gift handed down by an external entity or someone you bribed. Joy and vulnerability takes courage when the energy fields around you are sucking the life and light out of each other. Being joyful and vulnerable means valuing accepting and trusting you have mastered the skill to remain aligned with quantum laws. Higher resonance’s mean reciprocation of like energy is immediately returned to you, there are no secrets, hidden agendas or ill intentions and all interact as equals.
“What you FIGHT you become” by entraining with its low quantum spin and the intentions of fear-based emotions to force, judge, control, use anger, guilt, revenge, worry, unconsciousness and doubt. When you consciously choose to release your dark negative thought patterns and feedback loops mentally and emotionally you may also release them physically, through the skin, a runny nose or eyes, or out the digestive tract. Since we are all wired a bit differently, each one of us experience and release in their own way, at their own pace and time. YOUR point of perception, its intent and the resonance it carries continuously creates your PERSONAL perception of you and the reality you choose to reside in.
