BELIEF First

Then comes the emotion.

What the consciousness believes is true, triggers the whole body into how it feels about what the consciousness believes is its experience.  Fire can keep you warm, cook your food or burn you.  Your body reacts to your belief when you experience fire.

It’s a feedback loop, a self-reinforcing cycle of belief and emotion that feed each other to shape the reality one creates and maintains for the self.  For example, two people seeing the same dog, person or religious practice, will feel or sense fear or joy based on their unique individual beliefs.  Beliefs act as a lens or filter, influencing the sensory information you notice and choose how you will react to. 

Feeling alone is an incomplete circuit or feedback loop or cycle, when you don’t know WHY you have a particular feeling.  You may not consciously be aware of YOUR cause and effect.  Knowing your belief consciously enables you to understand your FEELING.  One method to get awareness of your belief is to; SAY TO THE SELF: aloud preferably.

I FEEL, fill in the blank with one that fits you_________ .  [ angry, afraid, upset, delighted, thrilled, scared, tired, joyful, glad, I need my mom, I want sugar, I want to be unconscious ].

Because I choose to believe, fill in the blank _________ .  [ it’ll make me feel better, a significant other wants me to, I must, to be loved, I must struggle, there is no other choice or option for me ]

I FEEL,” is the first half of a circuit, feedback loop or cycle.

Because I choose to believe,” puts you in control and completes the feedback loop or circuit and the neurological wiring of your brain that triggers your habitual and unconscious “feeling response” or “emotional charge” or ‘trigger” you have with that feeling.  You may need to repeat your feeling and why you have chosen to believe what you do many times to be at peace with it.  Neutralize its emotional impact on you.  

Another method to bring into consciousness your belief and the emotion you manifested, is to repeat over and over again what you do remember, which will give you more information stored in your multidimensional DNA or in your aura’s grid system.  This is called RUNNING running your incident, engram, postulate, a phrases or word until there is no longer an emotional charge, upset, left on it.  

Repetition can bring significant and needed details into your consciousness.  You need to clarify and consciously own what is true before you are able to release your emotional charge, dense energy or stuck circuit on this incident, belief or sensation.  To  desensitize or neutralize the memory and rewire your electromagnetic responses.

A pretty story, your distraction avoidance, denial, dissociation or an addiction never changes or heals anything, of value, especially the truth.

When someone doesn’t want to notice you or play with you or like you, are they victimizing you or are you begging them to be responsible for YOUR feeling accepted, cared for and noticed.
