Shifting Realities

Reality shifting is a continuous process of changing our focus, awareness and thought to various different versions of realities that match our current frequency, resonance.  Consider this life as a channel on your TV or one aspect of your soul.  Currently you are tuned to this reality, but other versions of your consciousness can run a parallel or alternate scenario, to mentally run through a “what-if” idea or spotting any potential issue or problem before manifesting your thought.  You compare different options before picking the one you want to go with in the now moment.  This avoids disagreeable surprises you hadn’t  anticipated.  You do not have to “build” or birth a future version from scratch, you just “tune” your resonance, consciousness to match your future self or a different reality already in play.  When you change channels on a TV or the internet or an aspect of your soul, the program or aspect you changed to, is present and operating.

Quantum law attracts to you, more of what your consciousness is focused on.

Quantum Law of ATTRACTION electromagnetically pulls togethermatching resonances with similar thoughts, vibrations and intentions.  What a sender sends they also receive, attract, dwell in and project out.  What comes back to the sender clearly reflects their perceptions, intent and reality.  

It is always your job to choose create and maintain your mental state of being. 

Our internal state, emotion, intention and thought carry particular resonances that will magnetically draw to us, similar experiences and people.  Operating from a place of joy and self-love, you tend to perceive and attract more neutral positivity into you and your space.  Just as harboring deep-seated fears, self-doubt and toxic intent projects your negativity outward, attracting more of that kind of energy to you.  

We attract who you are, not what we wish for.

You can’t wait for change, you need to be the change.  We are the catalyst of the change we seek.  Taking one small, concrete step now turns your thought into an action and reality that carries YOUR particular resonance attracting more of the same resonance.  Pick one specific thing at a time that you want to fix or restructure.  Write down the difference between where you are and where you want to be, to clarify your thoughts, and you will realize you have succeeded in shifting your experience.  Acting on what excites you the most maintains your enthusiasm and investment.
