Neutral consciousness is the balance point, center allowing one to observe both positive and negative extremes without becoming trapped emotionally by either so you can consciously choose what you prefer to experience.
Positive Charge: Carried by protons found in the nucleus of an atom.
Positive in consciousness is integrative, expansive and connecting.
Negative Charge: Carried by electrons that orbit the atomic nucleus.
Negative segregates, quid pro quo and disconnects, without assigning moral value.
Coming from a neutral place allows us to create any experience we prefer to explore and learn from. Quantum particles and our consciousness operate as a trinity. The proton is positive charge. Negative charge is an electron and neutral is a neutron. A free neutral neutron breaks down into protons and electrons.
The internal structure of a neutron features a negative charge at both its inner core and outer edge, with a positive charge sandwiched in between. Total net charge is Zero, electrically neutral overall. That creates and gives structure to what we call the atom. The neutral state contains potential for positive and negative just as human consciousness does.

The negative electron charge and negative thoughts humans generate, need to work hard to perpetuate themself. Human negative thoughts, maintain there existence with lies and misdirections and then they tell and believe more lies and misdirections.
The negative charge carried by electrons operate in an electron probability cloud or quantum wave, you cannot know an electron’s precise position and momentum, until one tries to measure it. Or in the case of a human, until the human acts on their lie or misdirection or illusion.
