Everything Is Moving

So quickly, that once what felt certain, isn’t.

Knowing what comes next, isn’t happening, inviting us to stay conscious and consciously choose how we want to act or react.  Novelty engages your senses and being present, which slows things down.  We are experiencing timelines slipping around and an inability to predict future things, inviting us to be present in the now moment to ACCEPT and act on what is true NOW.

When life speeds by, the brain is on autopilot, habit or stress causing the brain to predict the day and what happens next, rather than processing consciously any small and huge changes.

Our awareness is being forced to expand.  Everything is happening faster in surprising ways and some things are being manipulated by Dark Ones.  To maintain peacefulness, calm and remain balanced, turn up your discernment, deepen your trust in you and your ability to be present and able to implement your core values.  Question what you hear all the time.  The more grounded you are, the more calm and hope you’ll sense, own and resonate with.

The world is experiencing a rebirth.  Reassure yourself that you are safe keep replenishing yourself and stay grounded.  Creating and maintaining your balance is an act of self-love and care.  Consciousness and making your own choices is your greatest anchor in times of uncertainty.

Abandonment of the self to serve others, happens when you constantly ignore your own needs, feelings, and values to serve or please others.  Often, this behavior originates in childhood or in previous incarnations as a survival strategy when you expressing your needs or wants was not a safe thing for you to do.  Some of our politicians display this behavior.  They abandon the self and the people they promised to work for, to feel safe, gain approval or curry favor to exist another day.  What are they creating for themselves and the people they promised to serve?

Driven by fear, conflict avoidance, or a need for security, the pattern or cycle of people-pleasing creates emotional exhaustion and burnout.  They say “yes” when they want to say “no,” over-apologize and own the blame just to prevent conflict and allow their bully to keep wounding them and others.

Distraction is “I’m overwhelmed right now.  I need a short break to reset, and then I will address the issue.  An intentional, temporary break used to regulate overwhelming emotions and conditions so you can return to a problem later with a clearer head.

Avoidance, is the chronic, unconscious or deliberate attempt to suppress and escape a stressor, never intending to face it, denying the situation exists, and seek immediate gratification without closure.  Procrastinating is used to avoid anxiety, which compounds their stress, prolongs anxiety, and stunts personal growth and calm.

Awareness and acceptance of the corruption and inequality in our 3D systems, society and experiences are what it will take to change them.  Currently people are switching sides, allegiances and spiritual beliefs as they stop denying what is true.  To break old cycles and habits of denial, learn to pause before agreeing to requests to check in with your core beliefs and sensations.  Practice and implement manageable boundaries to avoid abandoning who and what you are.
