True independence is validating yourself first by mastering self-soothing, the intentional practice of calming your nervous system and regulating difficult emotions during moments of distress. Self-soothing is a stabilizing skill even babies master to stay balanced without relying on others or using harmful coping mechanisms. One of the most effective ways to self-soothe is by engaging our senses to ground yourself in the present moment.
Self-motivation is an internal drive pushing you to take action, achieve goals, and persist through challenges. Instead of relying on external rewards, pressure or fear. Cultivating a proactive mindset, of clear objectives, and purpose, utilizing practical, evidence-based methods can help you build momentum to get things done.
Self-validation is the practice of internally recognizing, accepting, and affirming your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences without needing approval or pressure from others. Builds emotional resilience by trusting and following your inner voice.
True independence is not outsourcing to external people, jobs, distractions, addictions or environments. People, environments, addictions unconsciousness and distractions are inherently unpredictable and frequently unsatisfying. When your mental and physical health, balance and stability depend entirely on whether someone else cares for you today, your stability will always fluctuate and be iffy. Prioritizing your own needs isn’t selfish, it is the foundation that allows you to show up as your best self.
Core Autonomy is the fundamental ability of a person, to make and carryout their own decisions, self-govern, and operate independently. Autonomy is the acquired capacity to take charge of one’s own actions, learning, and well-being rather than following societal pressures and allowing others to think for you.
Quantum Law of AWARENESS / CONSCIOUSNESS is You ARE personally responsible to create, maintain and change your choices. When you adopt and implement the other’s choice, you OWN it, become responsible for it, or enable it!
When your choice is to use, abuse and wound another that lacks compassion for all. When the other plays along with your choice, both OWN it, and are responsible. Overcoming your resistance to new knowledge and ways of adaptation may involve accepting that your current assumptions or truths are not valid or have changed. Sometimes people resist owning new information because it feels burdensome or they need to act and they don’t want to.
Unconscious one’s deny their awareness of cause and effect by distracting themselves with dissociation, addictions, competitions, conflicts, abuses, wounds or wars and complain that resolves and changes nothing. Running negative thoughts over and over silently in their head or noisily aloud is them WAITING and DEMANDING others please them, so they don’t have to be responsible for themselves. ALLOWING another human or group, vengeful god, alternate personality, demon, reptilian or addictions, to choose, means you have ABANDONED your biology and your conscious autonomy.
The job of fixing ANYTHING out of balance in your life is your job!
“Being victimized” is your point of perception and reality choice to ALLOW another to victimize you and entrain yourself in a feedback loop of victim, predator and confused innocent in denial and distraction. No one is GIVEN knowledge, it is always present and available to all. Your job is to seek, notice and use the neutral information that is always present.
