Whatever you choose to be in the present defines you differently from moment to moment, UNLESS you keep picking very similar realities to your present moment. You need to consciously shift to the reality you prefer by becoming that thought, intention and action. You are the ONLY one you can change and need to think about.
An image and reality is fluid lasting as long as a consciousness stays focused on it. Mass consciousness of many thinkers can make the image or holographic reality last a long time in linear time and space to be interacted with. The ever changing present redefines the self’s past and future based on the present reality. Defining yourself in the now moment differently will automatically redefine your past and or future. Changing every single moment means you are literally never the same person and therefore never have or had the same past or future.
Being in grief, addiction, pain or depressed is stepping into that reality, owning that state of consciousness. When you can’t get out of it by yourself, access help, support, guidance and compassion for you. Awareness doesn’t mean something’s right or wrong or that it even has to affect or trigger you. Ideally allow and acknowledged the energy that is attracted to you and running through you so you can direct the energy as you choose, when you stay conscious.
The concept of guilt and sin are human limiting creations designed to make you feel “less than” powerless and dependent on other’s to value you, based on YOUR compliance and obedience to their rules, restrictions and judgment. That is not compassionate, it’s judgement, force and manipulation.
