We are getting better at remembering what we experienced without getting triggered into past time or dissociation or your habit of self destructive, self sabotaging thoughts and behaviors. As YOUR old survival truths of force, unconsciousness, self deception or dissociation fall away, new compassionate thoughts are owned and consciously applied when you are responsible for you, what you think and sense we grieve the thoughts and skills we mastered to survive while living with other Dark Ones in a dark resonance, reality. Skills, thoughts and behaviors lacking compassion need to be released in order to embrace higher frequencies of compassion and a great many new sensations of trust and safety.

Never externally bestowed on us or to us. Intrinsic rewards are true motivators that give one genuine joy and drive our continuing curiosity and enthusiasm. External rewards or praise from others can be a distraction or false flag or may have a hidden agenda and trickster energy you fall for, use or depend on. When you personally solve an issue differently or more efficiently or discover new and deeper levels of information or awareness you feel a sincere intrinsic, authentic win by you and for you, motivating you further and deeper into even more discoveries.

When you entrain with low resonances you feed their hopelessness, depression, fear and stagnation, which does not help or support you or them and takes you both off the path of compassion for you.
Dark One’s trained humanity for thousands of incarnations with lies, perverting meanings and definitions of everything to service their agenda of creating an obedient fearful slave population. With lies like, “that is all there is available to you,” slavery, obedience, hard work, abuse, punishment or death. Convincing and reinforcing the belief that humans are vulnerable and helpless, the way a child perceives its biology. Humanity looks to others, imagined or real, to rescue, save and nurture them. There parents, gods, leaders, magic, stuffed animals or “blanket and thumb,” along with their created mythical beings that were to help, support, guide and comfort them in the dark low resonating resonances. To hold humans in ignorance or denial about their personal powerfulness.
Yes, if you can help, support or guide the dark and lost ones, while maintaining a higher resonance that is excellent. Your personal joy helps raise the mass consciousness and is a good example of new options and hope for others to consider and implement.
