Come up to present time!

   Staying aware of what you are choosing to sense, think and do.  Deep breathing is a grounding tool to bring you into present time.   Take a few moments to notice things you see, hear and feel now.   Pause between switching activities, check in with your biology before starting a new task.  Reduce time on social media to avoid dwelling on, or getting stuck in old wounds, past memories or future anxieties.  Living in the present reduces stress and you are in control of what to choose and action to take.

When your consciousness is still not present, issue the command to you or anyone that is dissociated or drifting: Come up to present time!  Aloud, to get anyone’s consciousness back to the now moment and conscious choices!  At least for a few moments.  The human has the power of choice and action when they are conscious.

Going within grounds your awareness of all you do have the power to shape, redirect, support or maintain what is true for you NOW.  Acceptance of people and situations just as they are grounds you in what is true and actionable.  Ideally you choose to  stay focused on the neutral positive characteristics that are preset for you to enjoy and operate in.  Accepting what is true does not mean AGREEMENT.  Creating a fantasy or downplaying another’s impact on you is not a wise thing to do either.

Honestly observing what is true in any moment, allows other’s their reality and allows you, your truth’s and reality.  Infinite souls and humans all come with their personal truths and beliefs that shape the energy and amount of compassion they operate with or lack.

Law of ALLOWING others their path without your demands, theft or neediness. 

The one in a pool of anger, upset, judgment, blame and vitriol can’t be trusted and is not safe to play with.  They are too self absorbed to notice or change much.

Conscious compassionate ones know they are the creator of and responsible for their reality.  Stay conscious and grounded in compassionate neutral thoughts and intentions for the self, which automatically extend to others.  WHAT we gift ourself with first, we share emanating it to others.

Law of AWARENESS, you are responsible for your choices.

If and when you adopt and implement another’s choice, it becomes your choice, which you become responsible for.

BLAME and upset means you don’t need to change you.  Others need to change, while you blame and upset yourself WAITING for their change!

Humanities unpleasant events, interactions and feedback loops will always have a combination of positive and negative outcomes without resolution because they lack balance, compassion and the multiple ways you can view any neutral thing or event.  You choose which are negative, positive or neutral, amplify, force or enjoy them. 

It is NOT your job to fix or force him, her, them or it.  Allow them their path!

Ask your higher self for help in consciously knowing why and how you can stop getting triggered into past time and running old habits, programs and feedback loops.

Your soul has a long infinite history with those souls you interact with and have psychic connection with.  For example,  In the book Life Before Birth 2018, they collected information about pre birth experiences, which were very individual personal accounts.  

53% of the time the infinite soul contacted the human before conception.  And 47% of the contacts occurred between conception and birth. 

63% almost 2/3 came to the future moms, 13% of the time it came to the dads, 

24% of the soul contact came to grandparents or future siblings.

16% of pre-born beings were witnessed in dreams, 29% appeared in visions while awake.  It’s not always the child that comes sometimes it’s someone announcing the child is coming.
