About our relationships and experiences are coming into our consciousness awareness and dream states. The comforting compassionate events and experiences we have had are being remembered and reflected on now. Dwelling in higher resonances attract and entrain us, to our memories of when we were nurtured and supported by others and how it felt. Enjoying those feelings and sensations support us, energizing us, and sustain us while we create with compassion and hopefulness.

Our body is a portal, conduit for the resonance of quanta we attract and run through our consciousness. The set of beliefs we hold and operate with in the now moment, attract more of the same energy to us.
BELIEF Comes First. When you believe and trust you are safe, nurtured and supported you feel free to express your authentic self. Your feeling, sensation or emotion about being authentic is only half or the result of your feedback loop or cycle. Your belief is the other part of the cycle. Consciously knowing your belief and its cause and effect, gifts you with the knowledge and power to shift or change.

Earth has been the school and resonance site of cause and effect, gifting Dark and Lost Ones with the option of freewill to gather the wisdom of cause and effect.
Humans and their lower resonating infinite soul aspect, entrained together, use the holographic illusion of sequenced linear time and space to sense and feel change as they consciously compare before and after. Any unbalanced, unresolved issues an infinite soul created in any incarnation stays that way, until it consciously rebalances it. Awareness, consciousness doesn’t mean something’s wrong or that it even has to affect you or that you need to own it. Awareness, gives one the power and tools to shift their consciousness, resonance.
Lower and higher states of resonant energy exist and have always existed simultaneously, concurrently all around us in the now moment. Humanity was trained to call all of it third dimension, which is not truth. Reality is specific to each individual’s consciousness or state of mind, and the resonance of their intention and thoughts from moment to moment. Toxic resonating people thrive on chaos and maintain negative demeaning words, thoughts and intentions, they deflect blame and refuse responsibility for their thinking, intentions and actions of inequality, fear, cruelty and oppression of each other.
WANTING anything from another engages and entrains you with them in the same matching resonance when they resist. A fun game of distraction, avoidance and denial! Wanting someone or something to give you – what only you can create and gift yourself with. When you think you need to “serve a bully or tyrant” that is your truth when your consciousness resides electromagnetically in the lower toxic frequencies of quarantined 3d-4d reality. You would also believe, “THEY” are NOT a part of “US” so if they die or suffer, are used and abused, it makes no difference to you.
Thought patterns and intentions of lower consciousness always carries an agenda to trick, deceive, judge, force, control, blame and or punish. The three main roles Dark Ones keep playing and recycling carrying the same resonance, are the predator, victim and confused innocent in denial, these roles are rotated, exchanged and in play at the same time incarnation after incarnation. The cycle or feedback loop of any resonance, cause and effect means, “You will receive (attract and entrain with) as good or as nasty as you gave (delivered).”
