Is a defense mechanism used by those not wanting to be confused with logic or truth or new information that might UPSET their sense of safety, control and current identity. Clinging to their current beliefs allows them the illusion of safety and being in control of their reality. Resistance is primarily emotional and psychological fear-based thoughts and reasoning about not knowing what is true and their personal struggles.
“If I allow or accept change, will it make things worse than they are now.”
Some just lie to them self and consequently to others about what they feel.
Unconscious one’s deny their awareness of cause and effect, they distract the self with dissociation, addictions, competitions, conflicts, abuses, wounds or wars and whine, that others need to change to please them by accepting their irrational fear-based thinking and need to blame and take revenge.
Blaming another means giving your control over to the one you blame.
How wise is that action?
Unpleasant fear-based thoughts and worry is generally reliving and dwelling in past or future events that are not happening in the now moment. Staying in the present moment is a way to relieve anxiety by breaking the worry cycle, and anchoring you in the current moment and position of power and control to take positive action.
One can reduce “what if” scenarios, by cultivating emotional resilience, by focus on controllable, immediate actions. Command your awareness to come up to present time and stay there so you can work on and enjoy resolving your issues of the now moment. Channel your support team, higher self and guides that support and guide you. Explore your fear or apathy with them when you are calm and rational they have more information than you do and will help you uncover your negative belief or misdirection that hold your consciousness in the slow low quantum spin resonance of negativity, judgment, blame, anger, fear or vengeance.
Fear-based thinking stops curiosity, questioning and positive thought and action.
Allow yourself to feel, own and explore your fear to have control or power over it.
Questions and answer, knowing cause and effect are key to understand, healing and managing our fears. Fear-based choices and decisions often bring temporary relief, but tend to keep one stuck in cycles of avoidance. Your biology lets you know the truth, owning what is true reduces fear, anxiety and dysfunction in the body. Know you are strong enough to deal with the truth even if you would rather not. Any deviation from give and receive only compassion creates more struggle, anxiety and disease for you. Fear or apathy when there is no rational reason for it, in the now moment, blocks or stops positive self care and compassion for you.
Command you to come up to present time. Or try the 3-3-3 rule to interrupt anxiety by engaging your senses with 3 things you see, 3 sounds you hear, and 3 things you can touch to anchor your attention, consciousness in the present moment.
No one is given knowledge, it is always present and available to all. Your job is to seek, notice and use the neutral information that is always present.
Compassionate acceptance for you, just as you are, is what dissipates anxiety, fear, anger and wounds. Wars and force only begets more wars, FEAR and force Consciousness, honesty and integrity is ideally the healthiest way to operate. Hope is unnecessary because if you know for a fact that you are unconditionally loved, accepted and supported by you and your higher selves why hope? Trying to be neutral, positive or hopeful is not achieving or accepting it yet! Means one has not really bought into the probability of “it” happening for them. They have not allowed and attracted it yet.
